The space
'The Ridge House – Luxury Gippsland Accommodation'
The Ridge House sits on 50 private acres, perched on a ridgeline above the Strzelecki Ranges in Yarragon South, 90 minutes from Melbourne. Four bedrooms, sleeps up to eight, two dogs always welcome.
Wake to kookaburras and breakfast provisions of local and homemade produce, included with every stay. Spend your days on the trails or curled by the fire, then head down to Loggers Lookout for sunset over the valley.
Ten minutes away, the historic village of Yarragon has farmers' markets, cafes and shops to explore. Mt Baw Baw's snowfields and the beaches of Inverloch are both within the hour, so The Ridge House works as well for a weekend as it does for a longer Gippsland loop.
WELCOME TO YOUR GIPPSLAND COUNTRY HOME

WE PROVIDE:
-- Breakfast Provisions: Gippsland Jersey milk and butter, local sourdough bread, homemade jam, honey from our hives, eggs to get your first morning started

BEDROOMS
Three queen bedrooms plus a twin room that converts to a queen on request, at no extra cost. It's a favourite for girls' weekends and friends' trips, where everyone gets their own room instead of sharing.
Booking for fewer people? Let us know how many bedrooms you'd like made up and we'll lock the rest, so you're only paying attention to the space you're using.
MICRO-WEDDINGS, ELOPEMENTS, BRIDAL or GROOM PREPARATION STAYS
Hosting a micro wedding, elopement, or wedding prep stay? Love to host you but our pricing policy here is different. Book your two nights at full occupancy (8 guests) at our standard rate, the same as any other booking. The rate varies with the season, but it's the same whether two people sleep here or eight, because the whole property is yours for both nights either way.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send a separate one-off $650 wedding fee. This is processed outside Airbnb, so it carries no additional Airbnb service fees.
Who stays each night is entirely up to you. Plenty of couples have the bridal party stay the night before and keep the second night for themselves.
Includes:
-- Two-night minimum stay. Early 10.00am check-in and a luxurious late checkout of 4.00pm
-- Access to all rooms in the house
-- Sleeps a maximum of 8 people overnight
-- Maximum of 20 guests including your external team (celebrant, videographer, photographer, caterer, etc.)
-- Bring your bridesmaids or your best men, your 'dream team' of stylists, and your photographer to The Ridge House
-- Breakfast supplies of local and homemade goods
-- Two celebratory bottles of sparkling
-- Photograph anywhere in the house or in any number of lovely bushland settings
-- Your dog is welcome, up to two pets, on leash on the trails
