Important Booking Reminders

Please read the following carefully before booking or arriving.

We have a strict no-smoking policy. No cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, vaping, or smoking of any kind are permitted inside the property. Violating this policy may result in removal from the property, no refund, and a negative review.

The booking must include the correct number of guests. An extra guest charge of $47 applies for each person over 2 guests. Guest numbers must include every person in your group. To be clear, a baby is a person, a toddler is a person, and a child is a person.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. This includes daytime visitors. I have zero tolerance for unregistered guests. Arriving with, inviting, or having unregistered guests on the property may result in extra fees, immediate cancellation of the booking, and no refund.

I live across the road from the property, so honesty and clear communication are expected. Trying to sneak people in does not work well and only creates unnecessary awkwardness. Please be upfront so everyone can have a respectful and enjoyable stay.

I have a strict cancellation policy in place. A full refund is available for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, as long as the check-in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least seven days before check-in. No refunds are available for cancellations made within seven days of check-in.

Internet access is available for $10 per day and must be paid upfront. There is no TV at the cottage on purpose. The goal is to provide a quiet, simple, unplugged place to rest and enjoy the property.

For guest privacy, the exterior security cameras are powered off before guests arrive and remain off for the full duration of the stay.

For liability reasons, I record a time-stamped video of the entire property, inside and out, before check-in. This protects both the guest and the owner in case of possible damages.

Neighborhood highlights

once you turn off Highway 329 you will be 6mins from paradise. You will reach a dirt road after 3 mins from there its like the weight of the world comes off your shoulders. A deep breath later you step out of reality and go back in time.

After you pass the ocean front castle on your left you are 3mins away.

Sightseeing, theres no need to leave island, it's beautiful. A little exploring you will find your own little hideaway for a couple of hours.
