Welcome to The Pullman, your 2,000 sq ft getaway perched right above The Abandoned Station — Indy’s home for Narrow Gauge Brewing craft beer, handmade pizzas, and a retro-cool arcade. It’s the perfect spot if you love great vibes, great drinks, and great people.

This spacious two-level condo does require stairs. The fun from the bar may be heard on the main level during open hours — but don’t worry, two of the three bedrooms are upstairs, completely separated and quiet for peaceful sleep. 😴✨
One bedroom is located on the main floor for easy access and flexibility.

The Pullman offers over 2,000 sq ft of private space, including 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Once you enter the condo, the entire home is yours to enjoy—minus one locked closet in the master bedroom used for cleaning supplies.

The garage below is used for storage by The Abandoned Station, but you’re welcome to access the bar area at the base of your stairs and enjoy the beer garden 🍺🌿 both during and after business hours.
Please note: Indiana law prohibits outside alcohol in the beer garden. You’re welcome to bring drinks into the condo, but the beer garden is strictly no-BYOB.
