Welcome to our desert oasis. Our 1901sf 3 bed/3.5 bath brand new home is a 5 minute walk to Ernies Bar and Grill/The Stadium course clubhouse and less than 4 miles from Indio Polo Fields. Relax and getaway with friends and family and enjoy our heated pool/spa in the desert sun!

The space
The great room has high ceilings with large stacking doors that open up to the outdoor patio with lounge chairs and sitting area. Desert landscaping throughout the backyard with a heated pool and spa and a putting area with chipping pad for the golfers.

The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, large quartz island, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with an ice maker, and a large walk in pantry. Dishwasher pods, dish soap and hand soap are all included.

Bedroom 1 features direct access to the backyard, a large walk in shower and double vanity. 1 king bed and a Smart TV.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, as well as a crib and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 3 is in the casita. To access the casita, you will exit the main house and enter the sliding doors. The casita has 1 king bed and a Smart TV. The casita has its own AC/heating unit and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Guests can also use the 1/2 bath located by the laundry room.

Laundry room features full size washer and dryer with detergent pods and dryer sheets.
