Important: Please remember that we have a NO pets policy. This home is suitable for guests with pet allergies, so we kindly ask everyone to respect this rule. Any violation will result in additional cleaning fees starting at $120. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and safe environment for all!
-NO parking or driving on the grass. Use parking lot only.
-This place does not have washer and dryer available. We do have a laundromat near by.
-We do not have TV cable available, but you are welcome to use your own streaming services like Netflix, Amazon prime, etc.
-WiFi is not recommended for business purposes, since it may be slow sometimes.
-Our guest suite is not ideal for those that have mobility challenges.
-Please report any issues during your stay so we can fix them right away. Don’t wait until checkout.
-We don’t waste toiletries. If you need more shampoo, soap, or other items, just let us know and we’ll bring more.
-The studio is next to other units, so you may hear neighbors. Please respect quiet hours starting at 9:00 p.m.
-Our property is in a natural setting, so small bugs may occasionally appear indoors. We do our best to keep them out. Outside, you might see deer or other wildlife, please don’t feed them. If you prefer a bug-free place, this may not be for you.
-Late check-out is available until 12:00 PM for an additional $60
