Well appointed modern space has arguably some of the best views in town. With access to the ponderosa pine forest, sauna, walking distance from the historic Lowell Observatory and just minutes from down town Flagstaff this is an all season gem.
The beautiful drive to Sedona down the spectacular Oak Creek Canyon is 45 minutes, the South rim of the Grand Canyon a 70 minute drive north and Snowbowl skiing is 20 minutes away. Cross country skiing, Mtn Biking or hiking right out of the front door!I

The space
This space is an attached apartment to my main house however far removed such that it feels private.... and a sauna...

Guest access
Access is to the left side of the 3 car garage up the metal staircase.

There is a lockbox at the top of the stairs.

Other things to note
SAUNA... uh, yes... a sauna.

Queen Size pull out couch and an additional roll-a-way bed available.

Lots of parking beyond the designated location in the driveway. Large Cul-De-Sac can accommodate an RV even of the largest size.
NOTE: I also have RC hookups including septic dump for a nominal fee.
