The house -
This home ticks all the boxes. The home is open plan with great flow. Gorgeous high ceilings throughout. All doors lead out to the swimming pool offering a very special indoor and outdoor living space with a great feel.

Honesty Basket -
We have an honesty basket at the house so you don’t need to rush out to the shops. Snacks and extra essentials in the basket are available for you to purchase. You will see the price list and the honesty jar for payment. You just need to put the cash in the jar.
Kitchen -
This house has a brand new dream kitchen, fully equipped which is perfect for cooking up a storm and entertaining. The kitchen flows out to the under cover entertainment area and swimming pool which is totally wind and weather protected.
Sheltered lapa area -
The lapa area has an outdoor braai and huge table where everyone can gather together and eat and chat. Great outdoor space. This area is perfectly positioned away from the wind. You don’t feel the wind in this area. It’s a lovely warm and sunny area.
Swimming pool -
The swimming pool has solar panels which can make the pool feel warmer on sunny days by pumping water over the house through the solar panel pipes so the pool heats along with the sun.
The pool can be seen from all angles within the home. Safety net is available for young children, please let me know if you’d like this placed before you arrive. Lounge and sofa area next to the pool with cushions surrounded by lovely green grass. The pool area has two outdoor showers perfect for washing surf boards and wetsuits.
Bathrooms -
The bathrooms are stunning and unique. The en-suite bathroom which leads out from the main bedroom has two shower heads, foot washer, outdoor seat, two sinks and a luxurious bathtub which will definitely make you feel special. The second bathroom has a large open shower with two shower heads, foot washer and two sinks.
Quite unique and lovely.
Living Room -
The living area has two comfortable sofas. You can enjoy watching Netflix which is available at the house. You can watch Netflix from our account by selecting GUEST on Netflix account. It’s all set and ready to use. WIFI password will be on the fridge.

Bar and Braai area -
You will love the bar area. It’s cozy and comfortable with plenty of space to entertain. The bar sits next to the indoor braai and log fire place.
Log Fire Place -
You will see plenty of wood for the log fire stacked in the big basket next to the bar and at the house please feel free to make use of the wood.
Leave a cash contribution towards the wood used in the cash jar placed in the kitchen.

This room sits next to the swimming pool, it has a big sliding door which opens up fully to the pool. This bedroom is very pretty and sits just a meter from the swimming pool. You can roll out of bed take two steps and jump in the pool. Loads of wardrobe space all mirrored making the room feel very open almost like the swimming pool is part of you’re bedroom. You will love this room. This room has the huge en-suite bathroom with bathtub, crystal chandelier and outdoor shower space. It comes with a fan for those hot and sticky days.

This room is super spacious and located on the second level with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and a view of table mountain. Attractive outdoor stairs are located at the back of the house which lead to this room. The room is very quiet and out of the way from the rest of the house and other bedrooms.

There’s plenty of garden space front and back for kids to run around and have fun.
