3 Trees Guest House Koh Chang, is situated in the Thai style village of Bailan, which is a great alternative for travellers who prefer a good nights sleep, yet only 10 minutes walk to Lonely beach where you can party the night away!! For the beach lovers a 7 minute walk will take you to the beautiful picturesque Lisca beach where you can relax your day away
The Guest House has a very friendly atmosphere and now being our 8th season, shows in our reviews, many customers returning every season.

The space
The Old Pool Room was built new for the 24/25 season, providing more accomadation, mainly rented to returning customers, but some dates during the season are available. The room is very nice, cool, clean and fresh, with aircon or fan (if you are not a lover of air con) a fridge, blackout blinds, fully tiled throughout, a walk in shower/wet room with an electric shower. Shared customer kitchen available in the garden at the rear of the Guest house.

Other things to note
Welcome to my home I am sure you will enjoy your stay here. I honestly believe, this being our 8th season Bailan is the nicest village, in the nicest area on the Island. That's why I made my home here.
Please respect our small rules.
No loud music respectful to other guests at all times, the use of our outdoor customer kitchen by arrangment with the owner and at social times only.
We pride ourselves that our resort looks exactly the same as the pictures, as you will see on arrival, not using pictures from many years ago!!
No smoking in the rooms.
Weed/ gangy only within your own space, not to bother other guests.

This being our 8th season, at 3 Trees Guest House, I honestly believe, as you will see, I live in one of the most beautiful villages, with no loud music, in Koh Chang and the nicest part of the Island, not commercial and retaining it's Thai style charm, with lots of tasty Thai food, I am always available for friendly and honest advice.
