The space
Things to Note:
1. Guests may check in any time between 3:00pm to 10:00pm and check out at 12:00noon at the latest.
Early check in and Late Check out is subject to availability & with an additional charge of 1,000/hour.

2. Our Maximum Capacity is up to 30 pax, the rate published here in airbnb is good for up to 20 pax only, There's an additional of 1,000/pax in excess of 20 pax.

3.QUIET HOURS: 10:00pm -6:00am. We are located in a residential area and we strictly enforce our quiet hours to respect the neighbors.

4.We require a security deposit of 5,000php, refundable upon check out, provided there are no damages or missing items.

5. There is an additional of 500/night to use the gas for cooking.

6. Drivers, helpers and other employees are included on the headcount.

7. Jacuzzi bubbler maximum use is 2 hours, 1 hour within 5pm - 9pm & 1 hour between 6am -10am of the next day.

8. Children ages 7 years old and below are not included in the headcount and are therefore exempted with any charges, given that they share a bed with a parent/guardian.

9. NO SMOKING INSIDE the House, The designated smoking area is beside the dirty kitchen & around the parking area. All cigarette butts should be made sure to properly disposed with NO LIT or EMBER.

10. To maintain the pool’s pristine condition, smoking, drinking and eating is prohibited in the pool. Violation will incur a 2,000php fine.

11. Our home is not a full service hotel. Please clean up after yourselves when dining and upon checking out.

12. Sadly, no pets are allowed. Thank You for understanding.

13. Please note that there is a 10 pesos per vehicle entrance fee to the subdivision.

•Our location is located only 10 minutes from SM Dasmariñas and Robinson's Pala-pala
•We are 30 minutes from Tagaytay and only 10 minutes away from Silang, Cavite

How to commute to our place from Manila:
1.From Manila (PITX), ride a bus bound to Tagaytay or Calatagan, Batangas or Lian, Batangas.
2.Disembark at "Bucal" or in front of Bucal Elementary School.
3. Cross the road in order to go to Greenfield Heights
4. Inform the guard that you are going to The Oikos Place.
