Welcome to The Norra House! In 2022, this home was renovated top to bottom with no detail left untouched. This space was curated to be a place of peace between your time exploring. It is also very family friendly for those traveling with kids. The house is conveniently located between Suttons Bay and Traverse City in the heart of wine country. You are minutes from multiple wineries, breweries, and restaurants. The home sits on a peaceful 5 acres. Managed by Kara, owner of Two Bay Stay (dotcom)
The space
The Norra House was created with comfort and design in mind. The family room has a large couch and 4 additional accent chairs for lounging. The frame TV adds artwork to the room while not in use but turns into a smart TV to stream live television and any app you need. Cupboards are stocked with games for all ages. There is also a large dinning table that easily seats 8. In this room you will find a bar cart, record player and vinyls for your use.
The kitchen is completely stocked with every kitchen item you could need to make a 5 course meal.
Also on the main level is a large bedroom with king size bed with memory foam mattress. Directly across the hall is a brand new bathroom with tub and shower.
The garage is over sized and can fit two large vehicles. There is a mudroom for use along with a new laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.
Upstairs you will find an additional full bath and two large bedrooms. One with a king bed and desk area.
The other with a queen and twin bed. This room has a built in playhouse for the kiddos, stocked with toys. There is also a reading bench with tons of books at all reading levels.
The home sits on 5 acres at the top of a small hill. A back deck with dinning table set up in the summer. There is a fire pit and park grilling and s'mores. Explore the land behind the home during your stay. The home has easy access to iconic M22 for quick access to Sutton’s Bay, Traverse City, wineries, Sleeping Bear Dunes and so much more!

Smart lock means easy access to the house. No keys to keep track of during your stay. Over sized garage will fit two large car along with any bikes you may want to bring. Three more cars can fit in the driveway.
Other things to note
All wheel drive will be needed during the winter if there is any ice build up on the driveway. The driveway is a little steeper to get to the top of the hill.
