Winter conditions and storms-We encourage guests to research their destination before booking, carefully review the host’s cancellation policy, and consider buying travel insurance to protect against unexpected travel disruptions. Cancellation requests out side Airbnb's Policies will not be granted.

All roads to the house are paved, driveway is dirt/gravel (common with most cabins) and the county plow does service the neighborhood regularly but not guaranteed. Snow Shovels are provided and expected to be used by occupant for safe egress.

Phil Stephens is a Prescott, Arizona local. He and his family moved to Prescott in 2013 to start living the fairy tale that many have found. Married his wife Madison in 2009 and has 4 kids two of which were born here in Prescott. Phil is a remodeling contractor who enjoys the outdoors, riding trails on his ranger, and spending time with his family. Phil has lived in Groom Creek for over a decade and has owned 5 different houses there. In 2022 he decided to start an Air BnB business with this little property called The Nook.
