Beautifully renovated, this beautiful tranquil house is situated overlooking Spencer Square with direct sea views. Situated within the conservation area, moments from the restaurants, galleries and boutiques of Addington Street and a 5 minute walk down to the seafront and Harbour.

The space
The kitchen - arabescato marble counters on chalky grey cabinetry with Parisian-style full height panelled units concealing a carefully curated selection of cooking equipment.

The kitchen leads to the light filled dining room. Herringbone floors, a huge oversized dining table filled with southern light lends itself to lazy sundays spent reading the papers and creating puzzles.

The living room overlooks the square and has a huge 2.5 m velvet sofa, perfect for lazy Netflix days and also a great socialising space.

All three bedrooms have Soho home mattresses, luxury linen bedding and mood lighting.

The bathroom features a marble slab sink, a stone bath and zellige tiles.

Just to note that this is a grade 2 listed property within the conservation area and the bathroom is on the ground floor. The first floor has a double bedroom and sitting room and the the second floor has a further double bedroom and the master bedroom.

Children need to be supervised in this property and we allow well behaved pets.
