📍Unit Inspection Policy

Upon check-in, guests have 1 hour to inspect the unit and report any pre-existing damages, missing items, or cleanliness concerns through the booking platform.

If no issues are reported within this period, the unit will be considered accepted in good condition. Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after check-out that were not reported and are determined to have occurred during the reservation may be charged to the guest in accordance with the booking platform’s policies.

💖Simple cleaning is encouraged and highly appreciated upon check-out.
