Fully renovated and re-furnished in 2019, this 2,500 square foot private home features a professional chef's kitchen, 3 or 4 spacious bedrooms with sleeping for up to 6 or up to 10 (can be rented either way), an inviting outdoor shower, wrap around decking offering sunset views, and comfortable living space for your entire group. The home is conveniently located less than a mile from the beach and the Village of Montauk, and near all else that Montauk has to offer!

The space
Oh This reverse layout home, with living space on the second floor and bedrooms on the first, offers significant natural light provided by 29 windows, over-sized sliding glass doors, and skylights. The second floor living area is an open floor plan with 14' cathedral ceilings accented with shiplap trim. The first floor includes two separate master suites (each with their own bathroom), two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry. The home can be rented as either a 3-BR (for up to 6 people) or a 4-BR (for up to 10 people). The quoted rate is for the 4-BR house with up to 10 guests. Contact me for a reduced price for parties of 6 or smaller and who will only require the 3-BR configuration. We have a firm no pets policy and we strictly enforce our maximum guest count. No parties allowed, which means no more than 15 people on the property at any single time without our approval. If you are looking for a house to host a party and invite all of your friends over, then go rent a dumpy share house in Montauk. We will know (our neighbors will text us complaints and we have exterior security cameras), and we will make you leave if the rules are not followed. The house is available only for mature guests and families. Children are welcome (just not adults that act like children).

The renovation was completed with energy efficiency in mind, and the home is powered 100% by roof mounted solar panels.

Beds include 2 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Doubles.

Outdoor decking include large teak dining table and teak chaise lounges. Gas BBQ available for guest use.

No Share Rentals. Town of East Hampton Code limits occupancy to no more than four unrelated guests. Town of East Hampton Code limits cars parked at home to no more than four.

My wife, Kerri, and I are the third generation owners of this home, which was built by my grandparents in 1990 and renovated by us in 2018 - 2019. This is our second home that we rent occasionally, so having guests who will care for it the way we do and respect our neighbors is of the utmost importance!
