Welcome to The Misty Pine Tagaytay, a spacious villa blending modern convenience with homey charm. Designed for families, group retreats, and staycations, our home is equipped to provide a seamless, relaxing stay.

🚗 Worry-Free Utilities: Equipped with a secure 2-car garage and a reliable 24-hour water supply (a major plus in Tagaytay!).
◾For your safety and the security of the property, active CCTV cameras are located outdoors monitoring the main entrance driveway, and perimeter only.
🍲 Fully Loaded Kitchen: Cook with ease using our 3-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, basic griller, and a hot/cold water dispenser with a complimentary 1-gallon jug of drinking water.
🛌 Sleeping Arrangements (By Floor)
2nd Floor (Well-Ventilated & Air-Conditioned Rooms):
◾Bedroom 1 (Master): Fits 3–4 guests (including kids). Features a clothes rack and shelves.
◾Bedroom 2 (Bunk Beds): Fits 4 guests. Features a turbo fan, clothes rack, and shelves.
◾Bedroom 3 (Single Bed): Fits 1 guest. Features direct access to a private balcony with a lounge chair and outdoor seating.
Ground Floor:
◾Bedroom 4: Features a comfortable Queen Bed (fits 2 guests) and air conditioning.
🚿 Bathrooms: 2 full toilet & baths equipped with hot shower heaters and bidets.
🐶 Pet Policy (Dogs Only)
We love dogs! To keep our home pristine, we happily welcome canine companions with the following guidelines (we currently cannot host cats due to furniture scratching):
First Dog: FREE (Small to medium size only)
Second Dog: ₱300 additional fee (Maximum of 2 dogs total).
Rule: Please declare your pets upon booking. Dogs must wear diapers while inside the home.

To keep your packing list simple, here is a quick breakdown of what you should bring:
• Toiletries & Soap (Shampoo/Gel/Towels are only provided for bookings of 2+ nights)
• Food, ice, cooking oil, & condiments.
• Charcoal for the griller and extra garbage bags.
📋 Important House Rules & Details
To ensure a smooth stay and maintain the quality of the villa, please note the following policies:
◾Towels & Toiletries: For stays of 2 nights or more, we provide 1 basic bath towel per guest, shampoo, and bath gel. For 1-night stays, please bring your own towels and toiletries. (Please bring your own infant towels).
◾Kitchen Gas Fee: A small ₱200 fee applies if you plan to use the kitchen gas stove.
◾Electronics & Appliances: No clothes iron is provided due to past damage; you are welcome to bring your own steam iron. Karaoke is not provided, but you may bring your own to use until 10:00 PM only (please inform us in advance).
◾Decorations: Self-decoration requires prior approval. Only masking/paper tape is allowed (No Scotch tape; ₱1,000 penalty for wall damage). All decors must be removed upon check-out.
🌾 Mountain Town Realities (Good to Know)
◾Nature & Weather: Tagaytay is surrounded by lush greenery. Ants and insects are common, especially during the rainy season. Please keep windows closed to keep them out.
◾Neighborhood Vibe: We are located in an open, authentic neighborhood. You may see and hear friendly community dogs passing by.
◾Utilities: While we have a 24-hour water setup, Tagaytay City has experienced water shortages since 2019. Please conserve water. Interruptions caused by service providers (PLDT/Water/Electricity) are rare but outside our control.
◾Events: This villa is not available for wedding preparations or events under the standard nightly rate. Separate event packages are available upon request.

Note: Heavily or permanently stained linens/towels will incur a replacement fee ranging from ₱100 to ₱350.
Guest access
STRICTLY NO VISITORS ALLOWED
The guests have full access to the entire villa and it's amenities during their stay.
Other things to note
🧴 Towels, shampoo, and body wash are provided only for bookings of two nights or more. For shorter stays, please bring your own toiletries.
🚭 The villa is a non-smoking property to maintain a clean and fresh environment.
🔑 If I’m unavailable to greet you personally, self-check-in instructions will be provided for a smooth arrival.
🌙 Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
🚮 Please dispose your garbage on the designated green bin outside our home. Ensure all diapers are securely discarded.
