The Property Management Office (Building Admin) requires a one-time registration fee prior checking in, pro-rated as follows:
- 0-7 yrs old : FREE
- 8 yrs and up : Php250/guest
(Tip: For smoother check-in, please pay the fee upon confirmation of booking. This can be paid via Airbnb's Resolution Center, just tap "Send Money" feature.)
Guests can also enjoy top-notch amenities with a fee as follows:
- Swimming Pool and Gym : Php500 per pax per day for Adults
- Swimming Pool and Indoor kid's Playroom : Php500 per pax per day
- Sauna : Php500 per pax per day (for Adults only)
Note: You can pay the amenity fees to the Host or to the Admin office.

Other things to note
TAKE NOTE!
- Paid parking off-premises are available all around Eastwood City.
- For guests staying long term, you can request cleaning schedule. We suggest every 4-5th day to maintain the unit's best condition.
- Pools are closed on Mondays for maintenance & cleaning
-Trash collections happen every morning (6AM to 9AM) and evening (6PM to 9PM). The Housekeeping Team will automatically ring your doorbell if you put out the "Garbage Pick-up" signage in your door knob outside.
