The space
The Meadow House was built in 2015 with idea of creating an elegant, eco-friendly oasis in The County.
The deliberate placement of the building on the property allows for guests to enjoy all-day sun, no matter what season, including beautiful sunrises as well as sunsets from the outdoor patio that can only be experienced in the countryside. The natural heat and brightness of the sun help warm The Meadow House through the winter, as well as brighten our living space, therefore using less energy throughout the year.

Inside, The Meadow House has a modern feel, with radiant-heated polished cement floors, large picture windows and an open floorplan to allow for easy socialization no matter if you're in the kitchen, finishing some e-mails at the dining room table or lounging in front of the fire. The outdoor lounge and dining area are perfect for a BBQ on a summer evening and taking in the unobstructed view of the sunset over the farmland.

The art in the space was expertly curated by local artist Christine Flynn and Ashley Montgomery.

Neighborhood highlights

Each town in the County has its own charm, however the bonus of being located in Hillier is proximity to the wineries, breweries and local restaurants. We are also a 2 minute drive to North Beach ... which is a great alternative to Sandbanks on a busy weekend.
