There is no smoking, no vaping and no pets allowd on this property! A fee will result if rules are broken.
There is an Extra guest fee of $15 per person, per day over 4 people. A maximum of 6 people allowed at the Cottage.

LIVING ROOM: Queen sized sleeper sofa, 2 accent chairs, Roku TV (for streaming apps such as Netflix)
KITCHEN & DINING: Dining table for 4, stainless steal appliances (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), quartz countertops, Keurig w/ K-cups, regular coffee maker, pots/pans, dishware, etc.
BEDROOM #1: Queen bed dresser, Roku TV, closet.
BEDROOM #2: Twin bed w/pullout twin trundle, dresser, desk w/ smart tv.
BATHROOM: shower/tub combo, sink toilet
LAUNDRY ROOM: washer & dryer, iron & ironing board
BACKYARD: outdoor dining, Inflatable hot tub, charcoal grill, fire pit, disc golf basket.
PARKING: gravel driveway accomodates up to 4 cars .
Climate Control: Central Heat & Air
Please follow all CDC guidelines for hot tub use.
Hot tub is Not for children under the age of 13.
***Hot Tub Instructions***
Please do not change and settings. Heater must be on at all times. Prop up the lid on chairs or table so it doesn't get dirty and put the lid back on promptly after. Please do not turn on the jets; this will result in the heater being turned off. These are Air Jets and will cool down the hot tub. Make sure the heater is still on when you turn the jets off, otherwise you will return to a cold Hot tub the next time you use it. Please enjoy but do not change the settings so future guests may enjoy also!
Check In: Guests may check in at their convenience after 3pm with a personalized code to the front door.

For guests with severe allergies, we are a firm on our no pet policy for guests stays.
There is no smoking or vaping allowed at this property. Failure to follow this rule will result in an automatic $150 fee.
