Close to Mangawhai Village and a short walk to Bennetts, this stand alone studio is the perfect little retreat for a couple or a solo get away.

Newly renovated the shed conversion contains an open plan lounge, bedroom and kitchenette with full size bathroom.

Large covered courtyard opens out onto a shared fully fenced lawn, with a picturesque outlook.

As this is in close proximity to the main house there are no parties.
Small dogs are welcome on request.
Guests must be 25 or above.

The space
Stylishly decorated with relaxation in mind, this studio has everything you need for a long weekend away.

The sun drenched patio and backyard is the perfect place to come back to after a day at the beach, the markets or exploring all that Mangawhai has to offer.

The studio has a kitchenette not a full kitchen, there is a portable stove top, microwave and air fryer along with a BBQ for cooking, but no oven.

It is also open plan layout with a curtain separating the living and bedroom spaces. There is no indoor dining table, but instead has a large kitchen island with comfortable stools and an outdoor dining table. There is a full bathroom but no laundry. There is a large heat pump that keeps the entire space warm in winter and cool in summer.

Guest access
The studio is a minor dwelling on the same property as the main house which is permanently tenanted. Please be respectful of the tenants.

Please park in the allocated carpark up to the front of the studio as to not block the driveway. If there is more than one vehicle please park beside each other or close behind to not block the entrance of the other property.

The private courtyard opens out into a shared fenced lawn, you are welcome to use this space but please do not go up onto the deck of the main property. (Refer drawing)
