Other things to note
The larchhouse is in a gated community, a key will be available by the gate for access, please ensure this key goes back in the lockbox when you check out, this will be deducted from your deposit if the key is not returned. Access to the cabin is via a smart lock and we will send a code on the day of arrival.
Please note that this is a developing community, there are new homes being built closeby and there may be some construction noise. Our cabin is priced according to this and rates will likely increase once all the building is done.
We have wifi on the property however there is limited cell coverage, once you have the wifi code you can enable wifi calling (if your device is set up for it). Because we are in a fairly remote location there may be power outages which is out of our control, currently we have no generator but we have flashlights and supplies if that happens and hopefully it won’t last too long.
