Originally built where Wrigley Field stands today, The Ivy was relocated just north and now situated near the players’ parking lot for great sightseeing and autographs! This 4-BR 2-BA entire home, with rare front yard dining/pergola area, is close to so many places to explore and experience (streets and sidewalks are brightly lit at night), but also provides a great space to relax and unwind.
