Welcome to the "High Tide Hut" a 1st floor oceanfront condo. 1bedroom and 1 bathroom and is ideal for a couple but with the fold down queen size bed there is sleeping for 4. There is an onsite laundromat, tennis/basketball court as well as cornhole games. Fully equipped kitchen with, microwave, full size refrigerator and a bar area

The space
It is important to know that there is always the possibility of beach nourishment and other projects that could affect the area and that is just the nature of oceanfront living.

To keep the costs as low as we can for our guests Linens and paper products are not supplied. We do have our personal towels and sheets in the condo and you are welcome to use them just wash them and return them before you leave. There may be laundry supplies available.

The spray from the ocean affects the sliding glass door. It’s often that it looks dirty on the outside. Very sorry about this but it’s the nature of the beast unfortunately. There are great benefits and some drawbacks to being directly ocean front - There is always a possibility that the landscape or beach, or access can change and we do the best to keep this area updated but sometimes it changes too fast. any questions just send a message.

Other things to note
be sure to stay off of the sandbags, dunes, and berms. Those items are essential for the ecology of the island and much more fragile than they might appear

Neighborhood highlights

The North End is very peaceful but it is a beach town and the summer can get a little busy. There are tons of restaurants within a short drive. Our favorites are Shaka Taco for lunch (outside dining) and Riverview Cafe for dinner, and for breakfast we personally enjoy Napoli Cafe
