The Highlands is a bright, beautiful, 3 bedroom home in Beaver Valley on the Niagara Escarpment. We’re close to the towns of Eugenia, Kimberly and Flesherton. We face southwest with beautiful sunset views over Lake Eugenia. Situated on 7 acres, our property is surrounded by cedar trees and is perched above a little meadow that backs onto farmer’s fields. This gorgeous property is yours to explore! Relax and enjoy!

The space
The Highlands has been featured by Cottage Life, The Globe and Mail, on HGTV Home tours and by Escape TO. It's a thoughtfully designed home surrounded by trees. If you are looking for a quiet place to unplug and recharge your batteries, this is the place for you.

Our 1600 sq/ft 3 bedroom home features an open concept living, kitchen and dining room. The home is cozy and well designed for maximum comfort. We love to cook and have a fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and a full suite of appliances (including a waffle maker, slow cooker, Vitamix blender, fondue set, coffee grinder, multiple coffee makers, electric kettle, toaster etc). The large kitchen island seats 4. The custom made white oak dining table seats 8 comfortably. We have cooking basics you can use in the cupboards; oils, vinegars, spices, coffee, tea and sugar. And help yourself to any condiments you find in the fridge.

We've recently added a 100 sq/ft, 4 season bunkie right beside the house with a queen size bed. It’s an additional $100/night to sleep 2 additional guests.

We have a spacious 4pc main bathroom with heated floors and open concept tub/shower. There's also a 2pc bathroom in the mud room along with a washer and dryer.

Our ice cold, pure, clean water comes from our extra deep well on the property. The tankless hot water on demand system provides unlimited hot showers.

Each of the three bedrooms in the house has a queen size bed and a ceiling fan to keep cool.

The large wrap around deck is perfect for outdoor meals or just enjoying the beautiful views across Eugenia Lake and the Beaver Valley. A propane BBQ and fire pit are yours to use as well.

Our place is perfect for hosting families and is great for kids! We have lots of outdoor space for them to explore and run around as well as a rope swing and a swing set.

The WIFI is fast so the house is also great for people who are able to work remotely.

If you have more than 6 guests:
The bunkie beside the house can be booked for an additional fee of $100/night.

Well behaved pets are allowed but must be on leash outside. We don't allow events or parties as we do have neighbours on either side of the property and sound travels.
