- Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed that fits 2 people comfortably plus 1 pullout bed
- Open Type Bedroom 2 (Open studio Unit type directly adjacent to Living room-No enclosure) has a Queen size Bed with pullout Bed plus Loftbed with hammock net bed on its side
- Extra mattress available upon request
- Fully airconditioned including the living room area with extra electric fan
- Comfort Room with Water heater and Hair Dryer
- Fast and Unlimited Wifi upto 200mbps

Pools are accessible to guests for P200/head per day upto 5 pax. Access to pools for guests are available every Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri only(except holidays). Weekends are for residenta use only.
Basketball court is available for use but for first come first serve basis only.

All registered guests will have access to:
Pool is available for guests up to 5 pax every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday (except holidays) with Php 200 fee per guest/day.

- Paid parking (Please advise the host at least 2 days before arrival if you need a parking space)
- Sky Lounge at Roof deck
- Playground
- Basketball Court (upon availability)
- Picnic and Grilling Area
- Minipark with Gazebos and Grilling Areas

- Coworking space at the Sky Lounge (with fee and endorsement)

Gym access is not allowed to guests at this time.

Before you arrive...
- Address and how to get here instructions will be given to you after booking confirmation or near your checkin date
- Registered guests' names are submitted to the building admin and lobby reception desk/concierge for verification
- Paid parkings are available (please coordinate with the host for the reservation)
- Inside the unit you will find our complete house rules and manuals. Kindly read carefully.
- Please find the Wifi password on the house manual or on the TV Console
- TV and aircondition remote can be found at the TV cabinet

- Make sure you do not leave any valuable items
- Please let us know when you are ready to check out
- Leave any door keys on the TV Console
- No refund for early checkout

- Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit and balcony (Php 5000 fine will apply for violators)
- No loud parties and noises allowed. Quiet time starts at 10pm
- No unregistered pets allowed without prior notice to the host
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed
- Help us save energy by turning off the lights and aircon whenever you leave.
- Please do not hang towels, clothes, etc. on balcony railings (Fine will apply for violators)
- Kindly clean and wash your dishes
-Cooking with foul or strong odors are prohibited.
