The Citrus House is the 5 bedroom main home neighboring our historical 120-acre gourd farm. Offering a tranquil retreat with sweeping views while nestled within the embrace of our family citrus grove and heritage oak trees. The home is full of classic charm and warm, with a sprawling floor plan, beautiful canyon views and natural light. HIGHLIGHTS: vaulted ceilings, large great room, dining room and kitchen, 5 Rooms, 5 Baths, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, Wifi, pickle ball, nature!

The Heritage Fallbrook is our community of 4 homes where you are invited to experience nature and the charm of Welburn Gourd Farm. Our historical farm was homesteaded in 1880. We invite you to enjoy the beauty and serenity of our property with farm experiences, walks and hikes around the area. Discover our organic gardens, learn about our regenerative farming practices, discover the legacy of hard-shelled gourds and immerse yourself in the amazing cultural and art community right at your fingertips. We are located in De Luz Canyon 1/2 way between downtown Fallbrook (12 miles) and Old Town Temecula (16 miles). Renowned for our avocado and citrus production; De Luz is also growing in grape production because of our amazing soils and unique micro climate. The area is also prominent by car enthusiasts, motorcylists and bicyclists for the stunning meandering country roads canopied in ancient oaks and sycamore trees with year round running creeks; as well as the vista views of our rolling mountain scape in this Southern California agricultural Mecca. Our location between Temecula and Fallbrook open so many doors of activities and experiences. We offer many workshops and experiences on the farm as well. You can enjoy a very quiet space in nature or you can take an art class or a workshop, interact with animals, bird watch or meditate in the garden just to name a few.
