Situated in the heart of Lennox Head, this modern, beach-styled cottage allows its visitors the chance to enjoy everything this bustling beach town has to offer using their own two feet.

Everything you can enjoy within a 2-10 minute walk include the picturesque, family friendly boat channel, world famous Lennox Point, world-class bars and restaurants and the local pub and Bowling Club.

All of these without having to step foot inside your car!

The space
This recently modernised home features two queen bedrooms with built-ins and ceiling fans. The completely renovated bathroom encompasses floor to ceiling tiling and a rain feel shower head.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen offers a beautiful aesthetic looking out over the gorgeous timber deck and tranquil Frangipani tree. The sounds of the ocean and birds will greet you every time that you’re in the house.

The home has a fully stocked laundry with washer, dryer and spacious hanging space out the back. The home has recently been completely fenced and is fully secure for those with children.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the home apart from the single dwelling out the back which is where the owners occasionally stay and store belongings.

Other things to note
For those wanting to venture a little further afield, Byron Bay is a 15-minute drive north, Ballina-Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes south and Killen Falls' a 15-minute drive west. The Gold Coast is a pleasant 50-minute drive North.
