Perfect for couples, families or friends travelling together, the cottage features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are separated by the air‑conditioned open‑plan living and kitchen area, providing excellent separation and privacy for guests. Quality bed linen and bath towels are supplied — just bring your own beach towels. A comfortable sofa bed converts into a third queen‑sized bed, accommodating additional guests with ease.

Guest access
The Haven is located on our private 1‑hectare rural property, and guests are welcome to access and enjoy all grassed areas surrounding the cottage.
There is ample off‑street parking available for cars, boats and trailers, located on and alongside the sealed driveway.
The property also offers plenty of space to safely turn around, allowing guests to enter and exit the property with ease.
Other things to note
The Haven @Arakoon is designed as a peaceful holiday retreat, ideal for guests seeking rest, privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is not suitable for parties or events.
Set within a rural environment, guests may experience natural surroundings such as wildlife, insects and the gentle sounds of country living — all part of the relaxed setting.
The cottage is supplied with rainwater (tank water), which is safe for drinking. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of water use, particularly during dry periods, so everyone can continue to enjoy a comfortable stay.
The property operates on a septic system. To ensure it functions properly, only toilet paper should be flushed — no wet wipes, sanitary items or other products.
Unlimited Starlink Wi‑Fi is provided, offering fast and reliable connectivity suitable for streaming, browsing and remote work, even in our rural location.
A complimentary Level 2 EV charger is available for guest use exclusively whilst staying at the cottage.
From time to time, routine property maintenance may occur. We aim to minimise any disruption and will schedule this while guests are out enjoying the local area wherever possible.
