Welcome to the cute and cozy Harney Cottage, located just 5 blocks from the University of Wyoming, 10 blocks from War Memorial Stadium (20 minute walk to football games!), and 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Laramie. This 1930s home has been lovingly updated and is ready to host you with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom, plus a full kitchen, barbecue grill, & outdoor dining area. Work remotely with fast fiber internet and a dedicated workspace. Free off-street and on-street parking!

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by our recently updated home, including fresh paint and LVP flooring. A section of the yard is fenced - great for your furry traveling companions! Please see the Pet Policy, Guest Policy in our House Rules for more information.

Enjoy your meals at the dining bar, which seats four, or outside on the patio, which seats six. During the summer months, grill on the barbecue in the fenced backyard and enjoy Laradise's warm summer nights underneath the twinkle lights!

- Laundry detergent, stain remover, and dryer balls provided

*Both bedrooms include:*

- Bedside lamps with USB charging
- Closet includes hangers, luggage rack, and a cube-style dresser for unpacking

The first bedroom includes a king bed and a dedicated workspace features a comfortable chair and lamp with USB outlet. The second bedroom includes a queen bed.

- Fresh towels and makeup remover towels

Guest access
The cottage is completely private - it's a stand-alone, single-family home. The entrance pathway has two stairs. The home itself is single level with no stairs.

Other things to note
There is free off-street parking in the driveway on the west side of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car or two cars if you're willing to double-park. There is free street parking along Harney Street in front of the house (first come, first serve - University visitors may also park on the street at peak times of day). Please note that Harney Street and 15th Streets are two of the busier arterial roads in Laramie, so traffic noise will increase during the morning and evening.

One of the highlights of this rental is its fantastic location. You'll find yourself just:
- 5 blocks from the University of Wyoming
- 10 blocks from War Memorial Stadium (20 minute walk to football games!)
- 1 mile from Safeway grocery store
- 1.5 miles from Downtown Laramie

For nature enthusiasts, Laramie offers an abundance of outdoor activities. Discover the breathtaking beauty of nearby Vedauwoo Recreation Area (30-minute drive) or hike the trails at Medicine Bow National Forest (45- to 60-minute drive). During the winter months, you can hit the slopes at Snowy Range Ski Area, just a 45-minute drive away.
