The Green is the 3rd deluxe property from Luxury Portrush Holiday Homes. Fully refurbished and launched in September 2019, it was inspired by the hugely successful 148th Open at Royal Portrush. The golf themed 'The Green' displays canvases and pictures from The 148th Open and local Northern Ireland sights and scenes. It has 8 individual beds. Perfect for 2 - ‘four balls’. Each bedroom is named after a prolific local golfer, including Shane Lowry - the winner of the 148th Open.. The property also overlooks the large green space in the development - great for exercising and walking dogs, with stunning views over the green from the first floor living room. There is a sunny, fully enclosed patio area with BBQ and seating for al fresco dining and relaxing.

Elephants are a decorative theme in the property, as symbol of good luck, fortune and protection. Each well provisioned bedroom has its own theme and high quality bed linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom is named after a local golfer.

Dogs
Well behaved adult dogs that don’t chew are most welcome. There are dog bowls, towels, beds and toys for your use. There is a £35 fee per dog.
Dogs must be kept on the ground floor and off the furniture, to prevent dog hairs on upstairs carpets and bedding. Please use the pet gate provided.
Please do not leave your dog(s) in the house on their own for long periods of time.
Please clear up after your dog in the back patio area or on the nearby green area.
