We have 3 other properties in the Luxury Portrush Holiday Homes collection, all in close proximity - ‘The Grove’ which sleeps 14 guests in 10 beds, ‘The Green’ which sleeps 12 guests in 8 beds and 'The Glynn' which also sleeps 12 guests in 7 beds and is right next door to 'The Glynn'.
Portrush (from the Irish ‘Port Rois’- meaning promontory port) is situated on the beautiful and scenic North Antrim coast. A host of tourist attractions such as the Giants Causeway, Rathlin Island, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge and the Bushmills Distillery are nearby. Blue flag beaches and a variety of dining options.
This red brick, 3 storey holiday home extends to over 2100 sq ft; and displays pictures, canvases and collages of local Northern Ireland sights and scenes. An extensive book collection is available for guests to use during their stay. Elephants are a decorative theme in the property, as symbol of good luck, fortune and protection. Each well provisioned bedroom has a smart TV and has its own theme and high quality bed linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom is named after a local townland or area.

Spacious bright living room with wooden flooring and luxurious leather seating for up to 12 persons. Large flat screen HD Smart TV, with a wood burning fire and ambient lighting.
Kitchen/Dining
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen featuring a large dining table for seating up to 12 Large american style fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser and extensive cupboard space. Wall mounted smart HD TV.
Garden Area
The dining area opens through patio doors onto a southerly facing, fully enclosed decked garden area, with ample seating and tables with a BBQ for alfresco cooking. (Please use the BBQ on the slate bed).

In black, silver and cream tones with double bed and matching furniture. Complete with ensuite shower room. Touch sensitive bedside lamps and wall mounted HD Smart TV.
King Bedroom – ‘Dunluce’

Triple Bedroom – ‘Portmoon’
With a double bed and a single bed. In tones of lavender, silver and grey with views over the green. Sea view. Leather bucket seat. Complete with HD Smart TV.
King Bedroom – ‘Skerries’
In tones of duck egg blue and chocolate brown, with luxurious dark brown leather sleigh bed. Bedside drawers and wardrobe. Wall mounted HD Smart TV, complete with ensuite shower room.
Double Room – ‘Ballintoy’
Blue checked bedroom with
grey double bed. Drawer and wardrobe space with wall mounted HD Smart TV.
Twin Room – ‘Ramore’
Grey twin beds with red checked bedding. Ample drawer and wardrobe space with wall mounted HD Smart TV. (The twin beds can be made into a super king bed on request)
Main Bathroom - With bath, shower cubicle, basin & WC. In dark grey and white. Sumptuous 600gsm high quality dark grey towels are provided. One bath sheet and 1 hand towel per guest.
Dogs
Well behaved adult dogs that don’t chew are most welcome. There are dog bowls, beds, towels and toys for your use. There is a £30 fee per dog.
Dogs must be kept on the ground floor and off the furniture, to prevent dog hairs on upstairs carpets and bedding. Please use the pet gate provided.
Please do not leave your dog(s) in the house on their own for long periods of time.
Please clear up after your dog in the back patio area or on the nearby green area.

The property is strictly no smoking either in or around the property.
Adult, well behaved dogs are most welcome for an additional fee. Dogs must be restricted to the ground floor and kept off the furniture. Please clean up after your dog in and around the property and on the nearby green. Please request a quote at time of booking. There are dog towels, leads, bowls and toys for your dogs to use.
Parties, excessive noise and loud music are all prohibited. Please be considerate of our neighbours.
