-3 King Beds/Bedrooms on 3 levels, great for spreading out and privacy. Main level only has 4 steps to it with a bathroom and kitchen living area for those who can't do many stairs.
-3 bathrooms (2 completely remodeled with double shower heads), 3rd bathroom with shower and tub combo.
-4th bunkbed room loft, sleeping 8 (9 if using the pack and play).
-EV Charger
-4 smart TVs (no cable). Just log on to your internet providers, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount +, YouTube, MAX, Disney Plus or Amazon Prime.
WiFi works well throughout the home and covered back patio, creating a perfect and quiet workspace.

Other things to note
Vehicles (sedans, mini-vans,etc.) should have no problems arriving at this vacation destination. You are in the mountains, there are curves and hills. The cabin is surrounded (close, but not too close) by wonderful neighbors and renters, just like yourself. Guests benefit from paved roads all the way to the cabin’s driveway. There is private, safe parking multiple cars or for your truck or suv. Lots of outdoor lighting
Please request the EV charger before your stay if needed.
There is free high speed WiFi and 4 Smart TVs
There is a fully stocked kitchen, with dishes, glasses, wine glasses, a toaster, a coffee maker (built in filter), a griddle, a hand-held mixer, blender, crockpot, casserole dishes, silverware, pots and pans, enough to make any meal, even Thanksgiving or Christmas!
We provide a pack and play, high chair, baby gate hiking backpack for toddlers and stroller for families with little ones.
The hot tub can be enjoyed any time of year, in the rain or snow, as it is under a covered patio.
Each new guest can rest easy knowing that the hot tub is cleaned and water replaced after each stay.
NO pets allowed.

Do not try to have Amazon deliver to the cabin... it WONT get there.

Neighborhood highlights

Well known Sky Harbor. Located equally between Pigeon Forge,Gatlinburg and Dollywood. Beautiful mountains, trees and scenery. Neighbors, but not too close for a great private retreat. Only minutes from the 8 mile Arts and Crafts loop, this is a special place if you have never been.
During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). Neighborhood does salt and clear roads. No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions during snow or ice. If you have questions or concerns, ask us before booking.

We love TN and FL and are Nashville Natives! We have 3 kids and enjoy traveling and finding the best local restaurants and businesses. We hope you will enjoy our properties as much as we do.
