This unique place has its modern-minimalist and chic own style. Our gold decoration bring the space a elegant and sophisticate ambience, spacious, and well located location. Close to everything and at the same time feeling the greenery of our beautiful garden. Walking you have beach, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, District T-Mobile, convention center, hangout areas, rooftop and more. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living room. There are beds for 6 people

Miramar is a socially Hi Class and very safe area with fun and entertainment alternatives that are completely attractive to tourists. Our area is more strategic than staying in Old San Juan (10 Min Car) since near us there are more alternatives for nightlife like Santurce es Ley at Calle Cerra (Art District and Hangout Area - (6 Min Walking), restaurants, restaurant rooftop, cafes, licor stores, pharmacys, cinemas, banks and the ease of reaching a safe beach to swim within a 10-minute walk among and other attractions to get there by car like the T-Mobile District (7 min Walking), Condado (6 min Car), La Placita one of the best Hangout Multiturinary Places (6 min Car - Best Days Friday and Saturday) and other locations of tourist interest nearby like Miramar MADMI - Museum of Art and Desing (4 Min Walking), MAC - Museum of Comtemporary art (5 Min Car) or MAPR -Museum of Art from Puerto Rico (5 Min Car).On the property there are 3 apartments (Miramar 1, Miramar 2, Miramar 3)and my main house.
