Nestled in the woods, we welcome you to retreat to The Fox’s Den - a pet & family-friendly two-storey cottage featuring a large open concept living room, kitchen and sunroom area, as well as an upper deck overlooking the New London Bay. Centrally located in the Stanley Bridge area, only 6 km from Cavendish Tourist District, including PEI National Park & the world famous Cavendish beach. A short drive to the seafood in North Rustico, golf & ocean any which way you turn!

The space
This cottage features three bedrooms total - one large primary room with a king-sized bed and walkout to the deck, a second with a queen-sized bed and the main floor bedroom with a twin bed. Each level has a full 3-piece bathroom for a total of 2 full bathrooms. In the front sunroom is a pull out sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2 guests. The main living space and first floor is equipped with a heat pump for heat, a fan and or air conditioning during your stay. There is no AC in the upstairs space, but fans are provided for your comfort.
As an added bonus, the cottage features a quaint bunkie located just steps from the backdoor featuring two double bed bunk-beds and full electricity as well as a mini fridge, space heater & a fan. This space is suitable for 2-4 children or 2-3 adults. Please note there is no washroom or AC in the bunkie.
The cottage sits on the peninsula of Seawood Estates, wrapped in a beautiful rocky beach and has multiple small trials and lookout points with benches that are perfect to watch the sunset at! For a sandy beach and great swimming, Cavendish Beach is just an 8 minute drive away.

Full access to all areas in home except the basement. No shed access, but we have included a deck box of toys for the beach and outdoor games! Parking available on gravel pad - please avoid parking on the grass.

Extras include: Wifi, DVD player, various board games & cards, cellphone for emergency use.
Jet ski rentals and Para-sailing within walking distance at the Inn at the Pier.
Fire pit with firewood. BBQ / Grill Propane.
