Small but functional, our 2 bedroom first floor flat has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Our property boasts superb sea views over Scapa Flow, Hoy and beyond, aswell as field views from the bedrooms. Situated 3 miles from Kirkwall Town centre, with country walks from our doorstep, we offer the ideal spot to explore Orkney. We have free off road parking and an outdoor drying space. Please note: this property is accessed via stairs and no lifts etc are available.

The space
Enter through the main door to find a space for coats and shoes. Walk upstairs to the rest of the property where you will find a single bedroom, shower room, double bedroom and open plan kitchen/living space. We have a small dining table for guests to use. The bedrooms enjoy views of fields and the living area enjoys views of Scapa Flow and Hills.

Because this is a loft style apartment, it has sloped ceilings in all rooms.

We have a washing line outside next to the offroad parking for guest use.

Guest access
We have an outdoor drying area. This is a work in progress to make it a designated space for guests to enjoy but they are welcome to use the space in its current format (grassy area) should they wish.
