This is a newly constructed, single level home, conveniently located near Itasca State Park, Long Lake, La Salle Lake State Recreation Area, Off Grid Armory and more.
Grab groceries on your way in and spend the day enjoying some of the many outdoor adventures that northern Minnesota has to offer. In the evenings, relax with a bonfire on one of the two patios and watch for wildlife, including cows out in the pasture.
The space
The Farm has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other a twin over queen bunk. Enjoy heated floors and a mini split for heat/AC, Wifi, and a 50" tv with Roku for streaming. There is also a full kitchen, and washer and dryer in the home.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire home and yard. The detached garage on lot is not available for guest use.
