Designed with sustainability in mind, a gated property Farmhouse features 3 bedrooms, office room, 1.5 bathroom, open concept full kitchen, dining with a view, spacious living area, book nook with coffee corner, 5 meters big infinity pool with 90sqm deck & a big parking area. Your leisurely afternoons in a traditional Filipino outdoor bahay kubo dining, surrounded by fruit-bearing trees.

The Farm promotes eco-friendly living with own greenhouse, a livestock shed, vegetable patches, staff and gardener’s house, ensuring both privacy and convenience.

Please note: Our base rate covers up to 10 guests. Additional guests beyond 10 will incur an extra charge. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.

•ID Requirement: Valid IDs for all guests are required for verification and security purposes.

•House Rules: Detailed house rules and property guidelines will be sent after booking confirmation.

•Property Surroundings: Due to the property’s natural setting, we have plenty of butterflies but there is no way we can have only them and not other insects around. You may encounter insects or gecko (they are completely harmless but they sometimes make their distinctive sound at night). We provide insect killers and citronella candles, but guests are encouraged to bring insect repellent and keep windows closed at night.

The intensity of the nature in our location can be a bit overwhelming for some people, so please consider if this concept is for you.

•Food Delivery: Cuenca does not have services like GrabFood or FoodPanda, but we partner with a local restaurant that offers delivery to the property. Please order to them in advance.

•Toiletries: We provide complete toiletries and indoor slippers for your convenience.
