Beach and mountain views

The HOUSE 2 flrs 4 bdrms 2000 SF (won't feel cramped) The VIEWS sunrises/sunsets, Mt Rainier, Ferry, Gig Harbor. The WATER, 20 steps to the bulkhead. The YARD 1 ac, level drive to the house, one step to enter, lots of grass for games BBQ, relaxing. The DECK dine/relax on the water facing deck. The LR read or relax with a drink by the rock fireplace The KITCHEN very well equiped Yes The HOT TUB. The BEACH, walk swim or try a kayak. Explore VASHON & RUSTON WAY. Ferry mins away by walk on or drive.

The space
The main living area is upstairs and in the lower level there is a family/TV/game room should kids or someone want some private space. Also on the lower level is an exterior door to the lower deck where you can relax and enjoy the privacy and views.

Lots of things to do for the whole family. Kayak, paddle board, swim or walk the beach. Hiking trail within walking distance. Take a 10 minute ferry ride to Tacoma and enjoy the Point Defiance Zoo, Anthony's Restaurant or the new Ruston Way development. 10 minute drive to the town of Vashon for shopping, great restaurants, theater and art studios. Or explore the many points of interest on the island.

Bring your boat (25' or less) as we have a mooring buoy. Provided are 2 kayaks and a paddle board on the 80' bulkhead where you will find a fire pit and lawn chairs. On the bulkhead or the grassy front yard makes for a great place to put up a tent.

Without a doubt when visiting Vashon you have to stay on the water and The Eddy...the place to stay!
