The Dylan is a spacious waterfront property close to downtown Picton with amazing lake views throughout the entire space.
The space
The Dylan can accommodate 8 adults (age 11+) and 2 children (age 10 and under including infants) as per the property's short term accommodation license.
Get ready to live in luxury at The Dylan—a modern haven perfect for big friend groups or large families! With 2 stories, 4 comfy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 separate living spaces, you’ll have all the room you need to spread out and have fun.
The spacious dining area and fully equipped kitchen make meals a breeze, while the lower level entertainment space, complete with a pool table, is where the good times roll!
Outside, the fun never stops. Enjoy a huge lawn perfect for afternoon games, or head out to the water for some kayaking. There’s also a large deck right by the water to soak in those breathtaking sunset views. The upper-level deck is perfect for al fresco dining or evening cocktails, and don't forget the year-round hot tub for ultimate relaxation! Please note there is no dock.
And when you're ready to explore, you’re just minutes from Picton's best breweries, restaurants, parks, and shops. The Dylan has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway!
Also note that the water is accessed by the shoreline and not a dock.
