Welcome to our minimalist Japandi-inspired condo, a serene oasis in the heart of Cebu City. 🪴

The Space 🍃

As you step inside, you’re greeted by a cozy nook designed for relaxation. To your right, the bathroom offers a refreshing hot and cold shower; to your left, a full-sized mirror and a convenient shoe bench await.

Hot Shower Update 🚿

We’ve recently enhanced our hot water system, now operating at approximately 75% capacity. While a building-wide plumbing issue affects water pressure, rest assured, the water remains comfortably hot. We’re actively collaborating with building management to achieve full capacity. 🌟

Living Area 🛋️

Continue into the main area, where a large window bathes the space in natural light. Adjustable blinds and curtains allow you to set the perfect ambiance. Relax on the queen-sized bed with fresh linens and four plush pillows. A versatile dining table doubles as a workspace, offering captivating city views, ideal for both dining and productivity. We’ve also added a comfortable lounge convertible sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for guests. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and unwind with your favorite shows on Netflix.

We’ve installed the fastest Wi-Fi available, offering speeds up to 50 Mbps. While occasional service disruptions are beyond our control, we strive to provide a seamless online experience throughout your stay. ✨

🌟 Upon Arrival:
When you arrive at the building, please approach the front desk and present your valid ID, along with your companion’s ID. The front desk staff will assist you with your check-in. 🤗

Upon receiving the key, kindly take a photo and send it to us. Please do the same when returning the key at check-out. Thank you!

Since we have only one unit, we need 11 AM – 2 PM to clean, sanitize, and refresh the space for you. To guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please book the extra night before or after your stay.

🚿 Hot Shower Update – Kindly Take Note Before Booking 🌟

We’ve worked hard to improve the hot water system and it is now better (currently at about 75% capacity).
Do not worry! It is still hot enough 🌟

We’ve put a lot of effort and investment into fixing this issue, including installing a new heater. A building-wide plumbing issue still affects water pressure. We’re actively working on a solution with the building management and hopefully we can bring it up to 100% capacity.

🚿 Using the Hot Shower

1️⃣ Gently pull the handle to turn on the water.

2️⃣ Set the faucet to the green line. This keeps the water warm while maintaining the best pressure. No need to worry—it will still be nice and hot! 🤗🌟

3️⃣ Avoid turning it to “max” (red line), as this reduces water flow

3️⃣ If needed, adjust slightly, but keeping it near the green line ensures a steady flow.

We’ve done our best to improve this and are working with building management on a full fix. 🙏
