A much needed complete getaway that you can enjoy the amenity area located at 5th floor such as Lounge, Jogging Paths, Lap pool, kiddie pool, garden, events place to host a swimming party and it's fantastic view!

Pool access fees:
Non holiday - 200 pesos/each
Holiday - 300 pesos/each

Pool payment can be made at the adm office located on Level 4, or if staying by Saturday and Sunday night, we will need to prepay it on your behalf. Payment must be send to us by Friday morning for us to process.

Other things to note
1. Exceeding listing capacity is discouraged, but if unavoidable, extra pax is charged 300/head for overnight. Guests may not have unregistered visitors entering the property for security and safety purposes.

2. Cancellation and Change of Date Requests. If you chose the "Non Refundable" option to get 10% off the booking rate, that means you shoulder the risk in case of unforseen events that affect your date of stay. In that case, our cancellation policy applies and Change of Date requests are not allowed.

3. For Weekly and Monthly bookings, since the rates are discounted a separate bill for electricity use will be charged based on the amount of electricity consumed.

4. Aircon - please turn off aircon when not in use for more than 2 hours. If you are going to cook turn off aircon and turn it back on 30mins after cooking and airing the place out.

5. Please don't leave personal belongings unattended in any common areas.
