At-home coffee

Start your morning right with the pour-over coffee maker.
A quiet 4 season Bell TENT, set up just off a rolling country road in a field at our cozy farm. Relax in the hammock while stargazing up into the dazzling night sky. Cook your dinner on a crackling fire followed with s'mores and campfire songs.
Snuggle up in the tent as you drift off to sleep, listening to the music of the cayotes and hoot owl.
Come have a fun glamping getaway at the County Nest!

The space
Our Country Nest is a Belle tent / Yurt camp sight all set up and ready for you! Perfect for hunters, with a nice public hunting spot 25 minutes away.
We are roughly 15 miles from the highway on gravel roads.

Great for a family getaway without the hassle of setting up a tent etc. This listing says 4 max. That's just what we have for beds. Our tent holds 12 people In addition to the beds, you could have people sleep on the floor with sleeping bags.( There are 4 sleeping bags under the beds in totes)

We're very flexible. There is plenty of space in the field, if you want to set up other tents for a larger group.
Also great for couples or individuals looking for some quiet. We look forward to hosting you!

Guest access
The campsite can be seen from the road and can be accessed through a pipe farm gate, The gate itself is sagging and will have to be lifted to open and close. We will try to have it open before you come. We plan on fixing it in the near future and will update this listen when it is fixed.

Other things to note
Outhouse: It's a compostable toilet that you will use a scoop of sawdust after you go, to cover the smell and help things decompose naturally.🍂

Hand washing and spit baths: a foot pump that runs water out as much as you pump, up to a couple of gallons. A little can go far though. Wash cloths and hand towels provided for light washing.

💡Solar bulb lights.: They will charge all day and you can enjoy the light when it gets dark. They will only go on at dark. The lights can be turned on at the little solar panels, in front of the tent and then adjusted with a remote that sits on a night stand by the Queen bed. They won't stay on all night, but fade out. We do have a lantern provided if you need extra light.

🔥Indoor tent Buddy heater with safety features:
It will be available in the fall and winter months when the nights are below 50 degrees. If you choose to leave heater on for the night, please keep on a low setting, and remember to close propane tank when heater is off so that it doesn't leak.
We will provide a fresh propane tank for each night you stay, to insure you don't run out in the middle of the night.
🌥️Please check the weather and see if it's appropriate for the experience your looking for. Some people like camping in cold weather; others not so much, but the the heater provided helps keep the tent cozy and warm, while it's cold outside.

♨️Propane Grill:
Propane provided. Should you run out in the middle of cooking your steak, don't worry we have a spare in the back of the outhouse you can use!

Outside fire pit: Firewood provided enough for a few fires. If you need more, we have firewood bundles for sale at $3 a bundle.
There is a small firepit grill and flat pancake grill that will be set out for you to use.
PLEASE NOTE: We do our best to make the property as safe as possible, However WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS.
THANK YOU!
