Welcome to Gull Lake’s Gold Coast
Relax at our beloved family cottage, built in 1922 and full of classic Minnesota lake charm. Located on Gull Lake’s north end, just steps from Grand View Lodge, this one-level, pet-friendly cabin is perfect for families, couples, golfers, boaters, anglers, and anyone craving a true “up north” getaway.
This is one of the last classic knotty-pine cabins on Gull Lake, with hardwood floors, lake views, a level sandy beach, dock, paddleboards, beach fire ring, outdoor seating, and boat lift access available with advance approval.

This is a historic 1922 lake cottage, not a new-build luxury home. It has original knotty-pine charm, hardwood floors, and a cozy vintage layout.
There is no central air conditioning, but the cabin has AC units in the main living areas, ceiling fans, and fans in each bedroom.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
Boat Lift & Dock Use:
Boat lift use is not automatically included with every reservation and requires advance approval to confirm compatibility with your watercraft. Our lift has a 5,000 lb maximum capacity and can accommodate many fishing boats, runabouts, pontoons, and tritoons with advance approval. The lift cannot accommodate wakeboats or boats equipped with Sea Legs.
If lift adjustments are approved and required for a compatible boat, a $200 adjustment fee applies. Additional boat lift fees may apply unless otherwise stated in your reservation.
Due to our location on the main part of Gull Lake, conditions can become rough quickly with high winds and wave action. Boats, jet skis, or other watercraft may not be tied to the dock or lift unattended or overnight. Damage caused by watercraft is the responsibility of the guest.
A second lift on the property is reserved for family use. We may occasionally access our boat from the lakefront area only, but we will not enter the cabin or disturb guests during their stay.
Pets:
Up to 2 pets may be allowed with prior approval. Pets must be under 50 lbs. A pet fee is charged through Airbnb, and a pet addendum is required after booking.
Property Notes:
This is a historic 1922 lake cottage with original character. It is on a well and septic system. Only toilet paper may be flushed.
No parties or events. Please respect the lake neighborhood, especially outdoor noise in the evenings.
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the cabin and property, except for one locked storage room and one locked storage shed, both attached to the garage.
Other things to note
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests unless otherwise approved in writing before booking. In limited situations, we may consider up to 8 guests depending on ages, length of stay, and circumstances. Please contact Amy before booking with any special occupancy requests.
A guest boat lift is available with advance approval to confirm compatibility with your watercraft. If lift adjustments are approved and required for a compatible boat, a $200 adjustment fee applies. Additional boat lift fees may apply unless otherwise stated in your reservation.
Minimum night stays vary by season. If the Airbnb settings do not fit your needs, please reach out before booking and we may be able to adjust when possible.
Early check-in and/or late check-out may be offered when available at no additional fee.

What makes my home unique: It is all about location and lake time!
This lovely cabin has been in our family for over 50 years! It is the best location, with access to the all fun the area has to offer. Beautiful inside and out, with plenty of beach and boating fun!
We have many fond memories of our family cabin, and by sharing it with others, we hope to have it our family for another 50 years!
