The space
The Concept is a gem where luxury and tranquility converge on experiences that create lifelong memories. Designed for day use for special events, receptions, and private parties, our newly remodeled, renovated custom home allows you to step into a world of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Inside:
1. Feel right at home with our contemporary design and décor that offer classy elegance, yet comforting coziness.
2. Delight in the airiness of the home with its vaulted ceilings, French doors, and the many windows casting a warm, natural glow.
3. Discover well-appointed spaces reminiscent of upscale boutique hotels.
4. Plan your entertainment with our chef's kitchen, walk-in bar, and elegant dining room and add our personal chef service for a culinary adventure.

Outside:
1. Unwind by the pool that features a cascading waterfall and spectacular fire elements.
2. Soak in the six-person Caldera spa.
3. Enjoy gathering on the extensive covered patio.
4. Tap into your inner grill master with the built-in stainless steel BBQ island, complete with a convenient side burner and ample storage.
5. Have your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the front patio while listening to the water feature's soothing sounds.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The Concept is not available for overnight stays. For this unique hosted experience, Brian is your personal on-site host and concierge. He's a hospitality expert dedicated to making your special occasion, celebration, private party, meeting, or video or photo shoot a truly memorable experience.

Brian lives in the primary suite of the home with his own private entrance. For our guests who book the space for the day, we've created a separate, private guest wing of the home that is very spacious and consists of:

1. King Suite: Large bedroom featuring a king-size bed, private bathroom with shower, and direct access to the backyard patio and pool.

2. Queen Room: Comfortable, cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed.

3. Full Room: Bright, airy bedroom with two full-size beds.

4. Bathroom: Shared bathroom with shower.

5. Office/Workout/Spare Bed: Multipurpose space with desk and chair for remote working; weights, bands, mats, and Peloton bike; and console with hidden queen-size Murphy bed.

6. Home Theater/Living Room: Large living room with plush, relaxing sofa and 85-inch flat panel smart TV with upscale enhancements for a movie-theater experience as well as a Sony PlayStation 5 for state-of-the-art gaming.

7. Chef's Kitchen, Wet Bar, Dining Room: As your host is a chef, these spaces are designed with entertaining in mind.

The Concept is Phoenix’ only chef-driven, hospitality-forward vacation property. Our inspiration is omotenashi, the Japanese approach of welcoming and caring for guests with warmth, graciousness, and attentiveness.

Since 2019, our award-winning personal chef company has been delivering personalized, tailored fine-dining experiences in the comfort of our clients' homes. Don't hassle with booking a restaurant reservation. Instead, enjoy a creative meal with a chef or take a cooking or mixology class in this great atmosphere. We plan and prepare everything for your party right here, and our guests receive a 10-percent discount when booking our service. (NOTE: We do not allow guests to book competitive personal chef services at our property.)

We kindly request that you contact us a minimum of two weeks prior to your arrival date at the property to book our personal chef service so we can confirm availability and properly plan your experience.
