Located on a private, maintained gravel road with no thru traffic. Within a few minutes to Camp Sea Gull, YMCA Camp Seafarer, as well as the Neuse River Ferry. Equipped with a boat ramp, dock, fish cleaning station and boat lift. Dolphins are frequent visitors while sitting out on the dock for sundown. A peaceful experience with a gentle breeze.
