Cozy Great Room with Apple TV: Netflix Capability. Half Bath Downstairs and Separate Laundry Room with LG Front Load Washer/Dryer.

The Master Suite Boasts a King Size Award Winning Cocoon Mattress with En Suite Private Bathroom. Additional Bedrooms Include: Boho Inspired Queen Bedroom with own Closet. Two Twin Beds in Third Bedroom with own Closet. Shared Full Bathroom with Tub/Shower Combo. Flex Room for Either Playing Games, Reading or Private Office Space in Fourth Bedroom- Crib is also set up in the Fourth Bedroom. All Bedrooms are on the Second Level.

*Additional Parking notes- If temporarily parking at the front of the home, please ensure the vehicle is directly in front of the home and not obstructing the mailboxes. Parking in the alleyway is prohibited. If there will be more than two vehicles at the property, please notify us.

Other things to note
Check in is at 4 p.m., or anytime following. Check out is at 11 a.m.

We have regular lawn care services who may come during your visit to mow the lawn. They will not need access to the home.

Trash day is Tuesdays. They pick up early so it’s best to set the two large bins out by Monday. evening.

During the winter months, a snow shovel will be available in the garage if needed for the driveway/walkway.

Hi I’m Cheryl! I have lived in the beautiful Treasure Valley for nearly 11 years and love all that this area has to offer. I enjoy getting outdoors and adventuring in my own backyard as much as possible. With the lake, river, ponds, foothills, greenbelt and ski resort all nearby, the adventuring opportunities feel endless and I feel so lucky to call this place home. My passion and background are in interior design and I have spent the last 10 years in the new construction home building industry as a designer. With my recent decision to stay home full time with my 19 month old daughter, furnishing the Airbnb has allowed me to continue living out my passion in a small but exciting new way. My husband of nearly six years and I have traveled around a bit prior to having our daughter. Comfort, easy access to sight seeing and fresh white linens were always high on my check list when booking abroad. I hope that you’ll find our Airbnb comfortable and accommodating to your needs.
