BBQ Use – Guest-Managed Amenity
We have a BBQ on-site that guests are welcome to use! Please note, it’s not part of our official amenities and is offered as a guest-managed bonus. Propane levels are not monitored between stays, so guests are welcome to use the tank provided, but may need to refill it if empty.

We also kindly ask that guests clean the BBQ after use — it’s a communal system that thrives on the care and consideration of everyone who stays. Your help in keeping it tidy for the next guest is greatly appreciated!

Guests have full access to the main and second floors of the home, as shown in the layout provided in the listing photos. You’ll also have full access to the spacious yard, with parking available both in the front (street parking) and at the back of the property (driveway parking).

Please note: the basement and garage are not accessible during your stay.
