Your Southern Utah Adventure Basecamp! Enjoy Southern Utah's red-cliff scenery, open skies and star-filled nights for a unique experience—ideally located between Bryce Canyon & Zion National Parks. Your private 288-square-foot retreat sits on 16 acres along the Sevier River, a peaceful home base for exploring two of Utah's most spectacular national parks. Hike Bryce or Zion, then come back to your private patio, fire up the BBQ, relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the evening sky unfold.
The space
A great alternative to camping & motel rooms. The Tiny House offers 288 square feet - small living room space/lounge area, Samsung Smart TV, kitchenette complete with necessities to cook your own meals. Full size fridge, stovetop, microwave, BBQ, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, hot plate. There is a private bathroom with sink, shower & toiletries. At the end of the unit there is a bedroom with room for your belongings that comfortably sleeps 2. The bedroom features a custom-made bed slightly shorter than a standard queen, so very tall guests should take note of the dimensions before booking. The Front room has a couch that folds out to sleep (1). There is a coin op laundry on site as well that is shared with our motel & RV guests. You have a private patio complete with BBQ and market lights with comfortable adirondack chairs to admire the stunning view! The Red Dirt Diner is walking distance next door open Thur-Sunday 4-9pm.
Guest access
Our 16 acre property features a private tiny house along with 12 motel rooms & 24- RV spaces. The tiny house sits next to a building with 6 motel rooms & shared parking area and is generally quiet. Guests will have private access to the tiny house and the entire 16 acre property for walking or fishing on the Sevier River. There is also a community fire pit with wood available. The house provides a private BBQ grill, charcoal and and skewers for roasting marshmallows. There is ice available for purchase.
There is an onsite manager in the Lobby if you have any questions or guidance for day hikes and restaurants. We welcome you as our guests and try to be as accommodating as possible. We are always open for recommendations and comments/suggestions and strive to offer our guests a wonderful experience under the starry skies of rural Utah.
Other things to note
Keep in mind.... Southern Utah is the Wild West! A REMOTE & RURAL area with unpredictable weather and conditions. Please be extra mindful of bikers, deer and semi trucks on the Hwy! There is food next door walking distance at the RED DIRT DINER. In general, restaurants in the area are seasonal and limited especially on Sundays which creates an opportunity to cook in the tiny house with Joes Market offering groceries 15 min away in Panguitch or visit The Red Dirt Diner (check lobby for schedule). Also, Wifi surprisingly reliable but occasionally spotty but can be which is true for the entire rural valley area. You will have access to more information & maps in the motel lobby.

Neighborhood highlights
We are located in rural Southern Utah with plenty of wide open space and starry skies. Grocery Store available in Panguitch located 15 min away. Walmart, more Grocery options etc are over the mountain in Cedar City about 50 min drive. There is an onsite Diner that features best burgers around open daily (4pm-10pm) and breakfast (7-11am)
