The space
Step into your own slice of coastal luxury at this beautifully renovated 4-bedroom waterfront retreat in Buddina. Designed for both comfort and indulgence, the home is filled with natural light, stylish coastal finishes, and plenty of space for everyone to relax.
Sleeping up to 12 guests, this home is designed for families and groups who want comfort, space, and flexibility. Upstairs you’ll find a king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a double bedroom. Two large bathrooms are also located upstairs, each featuring a bathtub that’s perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Downstairs, there’s another generous queen & single room along with an additional room that includes a queen sofa bed, offering plenty of options for extended family or friends. A third bathroom adds extra convenience, so no one is left waiting.
Multiple lounge spaces make it easy for everyone to spread out and unwind, with the main living area overlooking calming water views and a second lounge doubling as a kids’ zone or quiet retreat. The sleek kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, flowing into the dining space where you can share meals and holiday laughs.
Outdoors, the setting is designed for true holiday living. Step out onto your private jetty, where kids will love spotting hermit crabs at low tide and watching the two resident black swans glide by for a visit (and sometimes a feed!). Pets are welcome by owner approval prior to booking. To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the home, pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including any waste in the yard. Any damage caused by pets will be the guest’s responsibility. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a comfortable stay for all visitors.
We kindly request that all guests respect quiet hours at all times, as this is strictly not a party home. To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours, very strict quiet hours apply from 9:00 PM onwards with all guests to move inside by this time. Any excessive noise, loud music, or disturbances will not be tolerated at any time of the day or night.
