Welcome to The Broadway Den, a boutique loft in DTLA’s Historic Core / Theatre District. Wake to skyline light pouring through oversized industrial windows, grab coffee, then step into the city’s golden-age movie palaces including United Theater, Orpheum and Rialto, plus Grand Central Market, The Broad, LA Live and Little Tokyo. End the night above it all with the rooftop pool, hot tub, cabanas, grill, and gym, then retreat to your private skyline perch. Iconic. Walkable. Unapologetically luxe.

The space
Up on the rooftop, with the city glowing below, you’ll know why people fall in love with Los Angeles. Sink into the spa, float in the pool, lounge in the cabanas, or get a workout in the fitness room—then come back down to your private loft and let DTLA do its thing.

In the morning, the skyline greets you through oversized industrial windows. Make coffee, tap a one-touch lighting scene, and let the motorized Lutron shades do the work, sheer and bright when you want the city, blackout and cozy when you don’t. The Broadway Den is built to feel easy. A wall-mounted iPad kiosk puts the condo's guidebook at your fingertips including house manual, amenities, curated Los Angeles picks and much more.

Step outside the building and you’re in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' Historic Core / Theatre District, one of the most iconic stretches of Broadway. You’re minutes from LA Live, Grand Central Market, The Broad, Little Tokyo, the Arts District, and everything that makes DTLA electric.

After sunset, the neighborhood comes alive. Start with rooftop cocktails nearby, catch a show, hit a late-night bite, then come home to your own lounge: two 55” Smart TVs (living room + bedroom), Sonos Sound System throughout, and a game setup that doesn’t feel like an afterthought; Shuffleboard & Connect Four. Whether you’re here for a weekend escape or a city reset, The Broadway Den is the kind of place you’re actually excited to come back to.
