House is not where the maps is showing, it is 13 mins away, we will send address once booking is confirmed. (18 to 20 mins away from the strip)

Guests not included on the reservation is not allowed/ no visitors allowed. Max guest is 12!!!

**Parties are not allowed under any circumstances**
Any violations will lead to the cancellation of your reservation without a refund

Parking space only for 2 cars/ owner's car is parked in the driveway

The space
This is our house we live in it, but we rent it out when we go out of town.

What you see in the photos is how it appears to be as owner wants it that way, no curtains or blinds

There are rooms and closets that are locked please do not try to open them🙌🏼

The baby room has a camera on the wall, but it is unplugged, and it does not work when it is unplugged!

Our HOA is very strict.
- No Street parking allowed! There are two parking spots available on driveway for you.
⚠️ There will be a fine of $100 per night if you park on the street.

- Please keep noise to minimum in backyard & front yard after 9pm ⚠️

Since this is Las Vegas and the heat can be tough on-air conditioners, our thermostat is set and locked at 74°F to prevent system burnout. The temperature cannot be adjusted.

For extra cooling, please use the fans provided and keep doors and windows closed. If you prefer it warmer, we recommend wearing a light jacket or sweater indoors.

Full Access: The entire place is yours. All we ask is be a good neighbor, quiet when in front or backyard, and treat the home well.

**No SMOKING inside the house, you can only do so outside**

**Please do not use bath tub in master's bedroom (need to place work order to avoid leak)

👡 We have carpet please take shoes off.

No oversized vehicles like trailers or U-hauls are allowed to be parked . it can be parked at the nearby grocery store down the street

-Quiet hours are 8pm in the backyard. No parties, any public nuisance caused will cause security to have everyone vacated with no refund. No exceptions.
